price for 7510 is 14,500 and for the 7610 is 15600 this includes mmm fel and tooth bar for bucket. and what liquid should be used to fill the tires?

That depends on you. I like three point hitch weight to remove stress on the front axle but many choose to load there tires with either calcium or beet juice or other types of ballast. ....

You are getting the MMM so do not load the tires, get a rear grader blade or box scraper, or weight box for ballast. This assumes you will mow for the whole cutting season. ....
